Cancel Premium

Subscriptions are billed by the store, not by an in-app card form.

• Google Play: open Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Claura → Cancel
• Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Claura → Cancel Subscription

Uninstalling the app does not stop billing. After you cancel, Premium stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Restore purchases

Reinstall the app, sign in to the same Google or Apple account, and tap Restore on the paywall.

Delete your data

Claura does not create a cloud account. Clearing app storage or uninstalling removes the local profile, transcripts, and saved audio on that phone. See the Privacy Policy for what is processed during a live session.

Microphone or internet

Talk and pronunciation need microphone permission and a network connection. If recording fails, check system Settings for Claura → Microphone, then try again on Wi-Fi.
